Motorcycle Repair: Jet kit, honda vt 1100, kit cobra

Hi, I would like to know if the carburetor Jet Kit ( Cobra, Dynojet,Van and Hines etc.)are for fuel economy or simple for more power.All the article talk about more power, What about fuel saver????. My bike is Honda VT 1100 Aero 2001.

Hi Juan,
Most or almost all of these kits are designed for performance reasons, not so much fuel saving...Sorry to say, but if the kits' text deosn't read anything about saving on fuel consumption, its because it usually makes it worse by burning more fuel to make the bike move along qucker...
