Question
When going 40+ MPH I have excessive vibration on the handlebars. Any ideas on what might be causing the issue? The quad only has 400 miles on it and is in showroom condition. Am thinking there could be a bad tire...Can't imagine there is anything that would go bad with so few miles.

Thanks for your help!

Answer
If everything looks straight (rims, driveshafts, etc) and you know you did not hit anything with the machine you may have a defaulty tire with seperated belts in it. Try installing the front tires on the rear and the rears on the front (providing they are the same size) and see if the vibration changes at all. If they are different sizes front to rear try changing them left to right. Front first, ride it and see how it acts. If no change try the rears, left to right. Your going to have to do a process of elimination with this one, especially being so new.
