Motorcycle Repair: Oil leak, rear seal, oil leak

I have  a 2001 Fat Boy that has started to drip underneath the primary. i initially thought that it leaking from the primary gasket, but upon further investigation found it to be coming from the back side somewhere.does it is not a major leak just 1-2 drops after it sits. what do you think is the culprit and how expensive to fix.

Your leak is either the rear seal on the inner primary or the seal on the trans. Either way the inner primary will have to come off to repair. As to the cost, I cant comment on that dure tot he fact that there are different prices all over the country.
