can i put a hypercharger straight on and it will not affect my fuel injecton the bike is totally stock

Answer
The Hypercharger is going to act as a hi-flow so there is a pretty good chance without adding a power commander or a D.F.O. your bike will run lean causing your pipes to blue, possibly crack, and eventually doing damage to your valves...Unless you plane to go the full step in stage 2, dont bother, it may do more damage than good..
