What is the recommended mileage to change drive belt? What is the standard teeth for this model?

There really is no standard for changing the belt. What you need to do is an inspection of the belt looking for missing teeth and tears in the belt. As long as you keep it adjusted it will last a long time. I have seen belts with 80,000 miles on them. It should be 139 teeth, but your best bet is to count the teeth.
