Motorcycle Repair: 1974 Yamaha Dt250 Horn not working, pink wire, rubber grommet

Hey I have a 1974 Yamaha Dt250 and my horn isn't wanting to work. I'm sure
it's getting voltage. The rubber grommet that it's mounted in is kinda dry rotted.
Could the horn be clogged up?

if the horn has power going to it usually on the brown wire,
try grounding the pink wire to see if it works.
You can remove it and try it on a 6V battery to see if it works.
Could be the horn button or bad wire or
the horn itself which is common.
