Motorcycle Repair: electric start not working, turn signals, panka

I have a roketa 3 months old i now have to kick start the bike as the electric start is out but after i get it running the lights do work but i have no turn signals and the battery will not charge i had the battery charged and they said the battery was good after installing the battery the electric start worked fine but when i came back a few hours later the battery was drained im at my wits end as i can find no one in my area that will repair the bike.

Hi John,
Im not sure what a Roketa is, however, electric is electric. Sounds to me like you have a poor ground somewhere, a bad voltage regulator, or a bad fuse, OR possibly a wire came disconnected and the system is not charging. If its 3 months old, i would take it back and let the dealer worry about it...
