Motorcycle Repair: 2006 Road King Tail Light, brake switch, tail light

Question
The tail light was stuck on, so I replaced the brake relay. This seemed to correct the problem for about a week. Then I began to have the same problem again, but this time it was only acting up intermittently. Now the the light stays on even with the relay removed.

Answer
Check your front brake switch. On the controls you will notice its two piece. they need to be slid tight together. If not the button will not be pressed and the light will stay on. If it still stays on then the switch might be sticking
