Motorcycle Repair: Cb750k fork oil, fork oil, dexron 3

Hi, i am working on a cb350k and have fitted cb750 forks with disc front end. Want to change the fork oil but don't no how much oil i should put in and what type of oil i should use? Any help would be much appreciated.

if you are just changing the fork oil,
they take 155cc or 5.2 oz per fork.
If you have had them apart and they are really
dry, use 172cc or 5.8 oz per fork.
Use a good fork oil, maybe 5 or 10 weight
since you put them on a lighter bike.
If you can't get fork oil, use some
dexron 3 automatic trans fluid.
