Motorcycle Repair: fxr alignment, light bulbs, australian model

Question
Hi Mike ,
could you provide me please with the correct method for fxr vehicle alignment?I also need to know if the 92 model Fxr has the front and rear wheel following the same path ?or is their an offset in the australian model?my rear wheel seems to be an inch or so to the right, still rides ok though.
any advice would be appreciated
regards Greg (my clymer manual states nothing on the subject)

Answer
The best thing to use for alignment is two floresent 8' light bulbs. They are straight. With the bike standing upright lay the bulbs beside the rear tire going to the front tire. The spacing should be the same on both sides of the front tire. There is no offset.
Good luck and happy riding
Mike
