Motorcycle Repair: #4 cylinder not firing, shively, boggs

Question
1980 suzuki GS850L no spark to plug switched plugs same thing.
New coils what else could cause this, loss of power useing alot of gas boggs down each gear when trying to speed up.

I suspect the ignition system needs adjusted or replaced. I cannot be more specific from the limited information provided.

Get a copy of the service manual and learn about testing the ignition system components.

A defective ignition system may cause the lack of performance you've described (bogging). Improperly tuned carburetors also may have similar results.
