Has sat all winter. Put on battery charger and tried to start. Choke pulled out, plenty of gas. She will not turn over and keeps draining battery.  Battery is testing OK.  Also, hard to start in colder weather as well.  Any ideas how to get her running and maintain easier start ups?

Drain the carburetor bowls of stale gas and clean the idle jets (the brass plugs with tiny holes in them).  Get a "Battery Tender Junior" through any bike shop, distributed by Drag Specialties, and use it all the time.  It's an automatic charger that keeps your battery topped up without having to check it.  Costs about $31.95.
