Motorcycle Repair: 2001 flstf diag. light, turn signal switch, left turn signal

Hi Mike, i just bought an '01 Fatboy and the left turn signal doesn't flash. But the "engine key" light is on. Would a burned out bulb cause this? The switch doesn't have that "click" like the right side does. Also there is no key for the ignition, I can run and ride the bike, but for security reasons i should get a new key from Harley? Thanks Doug

Check the bulbs first. If that is not the problem then check to see if you have power going to the turn signal switch. If not then you will have to trace it back to the sourse.
Check with harley and see if they can make you a new key
