Motorcycle Repair: air up feul line, suzuki dr 125, electrical coil

Question
I have a 1984 Suzuki DR 125 E I can get it running for five minutes at a time. I tried putting a new carb on it but get the same results. I'm wondering if you have any ideas on what it will be?  I also would also like to know how you set your intake/exhaust valves?  Do you know any online service manuals I can look at or do you have any you can send me?  Thank you for your time.

      I believe that the problem that you are having might no be with the carb....if it will run ok for 5 mins and then just shut off sounds like electrical.....coil...If the coil has a crack internally.....it will work ok until it gets hot and then the crack will open and then the coil will loose its current.(material expands when heated).I set my exhaust valves by the book...off hand i dont know the spec for a 84 dr 125 but i will do some research and i will let you know...What section of the service manual do you need or the whole thing...be glad to help....I will be in touch...glad i could help...
