Motorcycle Repair: mounting tanks, heritage softail, turn signals

Question
how do we mount tanks back on our 99 heritage softail? and what is going on when front turn signals are blinking dim and real slow only on one side> Thanks

Answer
If you have the sigle tank the it bolts at the top of the tank to the frame, below the tanl to the frame and a bolt at the rear of the tank.
Split tanks bots at the front of the tank to the frame, at the bottom of the tank tot he frame and a bolt close to the center of the tank to the frame.
On the signals. You probably have a short or a bad ground to the light and will have to be traced out with a test light.
