Motorcycle Repair: 05 suzuki katana baffles, suzuki katana, expert profiles

I bought an 05 katana and the baffles are completely removed and the muffler is hollow. I want to know if that will affect my engine and performance of my bike

It sure will affect the performance and I'm not even a Suzuki mechanic!  The bike will have the most power and run the best and coolest if there is just the right amount of exhaust backpressure.  You need to check expert profiles to get a Suzuki mechanic's opinion on the best setup for that bike.
