my bike when i rev up rpm in all gears it starts cutting out changed plug drained gas cleaned fuel and air filter

Tim...What year/// bike been in storage, happen all of a sudden? Need more info than that.... Drain gas from tank and/or carburetor?

If it has been sitting for more than a month, gas deposits could be partially blocking your main jet. Try adding a little choke when the engine cuts out and see if it improves or gets worse. That will tell you if the cutting out is due to lean or rich mixture. Make sure that the choke piston is going fully in, as sometimes they will hang up and cause constant richness.

If lean, the air cut valve diaphragm could be damaged and leaning out the mixture, especially at low speeds.
