Cycle fuel pump is pumping. Test light at end of spark plug lead indicates fire. Cycle will turn over fine but will not even attempt to crank.

A:  The description is kind of confusing because turning over and cranking engine means the same thing.

If no arc is present at the spark plugs the problem is likely one or more of the following:

Fuel supply problem.
Fuel system problem.
Fouled spark plugs.
Ignition system problem.
Compression out of service limits.
Valve clearances out of service limits.
Valve/valve seat defects.
