How do I readjust my carb.  After bike warms up, and is still sitting when i crack the throttle quickly, bike dogs out

Hi Charlie, Take your air filter element off, and twist the throttle a few times and make sure the accelerating pump is delivering fuel. If this is good then go to the idle mixture screw and gently seat it in, then counterclockwise wise turn the screw 3/4-1 1/4 turns.This is just and initial setting, run the bike and accelerate to see if this cures the bog. If so then adjust the idle screw in (leaner) or out (richer) to achieve the proper mixture. You want a bit of blackness in your exhaust at acceleration. Good luck.
