Motorcycle Repair: Air filter 1974 CB450, oem filters, k and n filters

Hello, I seem to have a problem.  Apparently the bike is running very rich and the air filters are original. Can I find some K and N filters that meet the diameter of the carburetor air intake.  If so, what would you recommend.
I have had the bike tuned up by a professional.  Any help would be great.

Hi Jordan,

Contact K&N and inquire about their air filters for custom applications. They have sizes and shapes to accomodate just about any diameter or space requirements.

The carburetors need tuned to correct the air-fuel mixtures. The OEM filters may work well with properly tuned carbs.
