hey how are what does a 1985 Honda Cb700 Sc (NIghthawk s) have for a charging system thank you

Hi Travis.
 Motorcycles, with very few exceptions, use a stator coil to both provide power and to charge the battery.  The power from the coil goes through a voltage regulator/rectifier to convert the a/c power to d/c so that the bike can use it.
