Answer
There are so many things wrong with this message on so many levels. First turn off your caps when you type your message - it's annoying. Second, step away from the air impact - you have no business using an air tool to put a nut back on a crankshaft. Didn't your mom teach you anything? Get yourself a manual and read the right way to do this - there too many things to type and this procedure really warrants a manual to do it right. There is a chance you have messed something up already from the way it sounds - for your sake I hope not. Never, ever using an air tool to tighten a nut back up on a motorcycle or ATV. Take it off and inspect everything for cracks or warpage and please get yourself a manual from your local dealer or see this link:

If you are confident enough to tackle this task at least get the right information for your specific model to do it right. I'm sure you'll use it again and again in the future.
