broke stud for exhaus on 92 softail custom on front drag pipe,not leaking yet.How do you replace that stud,was told had to be drilled out with a jig. Thanks

Hi Dan,If the stud is protruding out you could use a stud remover or vise-grips.If the stud is broken flush or into the head you can carefully use a broken bolt extracter.It all depends on which stud that broke, but it would be in your best interest, in taking the head to a machine shop for the removal.
