Motorcycle Repair: jetting the carb with new pips on a cr125, pilot jet, jet size

Hi i have a 2006 cr125r an i have just installed a new pro circuit pipe and silencer on it and i was wondering what should jet the carb to? Thanks for your time

Hi Josh,

You'll have to tune and test your CR and change jetting until the corrected jetting is obtained.

It may take several jet changes to get it dialed in.

If you provide me with current main jet size, pilot jet size, average air temperature, and elevation, I'll do the math and figure corrected jetting for you. Still, some tuning may be required to get jetting spot on.
