Motorcycle Repair: vn1500 vibration, time bill, balancers

Hello, I really need help! I recently bought a used 1996 Kaw VN1500A vulcan. It has a vibration in it. I changed tires thinking that was the problem, then I noticed that in neutral when you rev the motor you can see it vibrate. I also replaced motr mount bolts. Could it be in the engine balancers or shaft? No one seems to know and our local dealership doesn't care to help. Thanks for your time!  Bill

Wow, that's a really hard one to answer without having the bike present.  Is there a machine shop near u?  If so, try having them take a look.  These fellas usually know they're stuff and can almost tell at site balancing issues, etc.  I hate that I can't help, but u do have a bitch of a prob that I just need 2 see in person to give a safe answer.  Let me know and good luck!
