Motorcycle Repair: revrech 100, elevation above sea level, jet sizes

have 100 revtech 2004 model  with mikuni carb, runs and starts good in hot weather,wont hardly start at all when cooler like 60 or less.  seems like it floods plugs are real wet and if you take them out let it air out it might start,but if it doesnt rite away same thing over, what jet in carb should i be running with open megaphone type pipe?  bigfut@hotmail.com   thanks a lot steve
