Hi Mike,
I have a 1987 Harley FLT Tourlglide with a S&S Super E carb, Stock 80" EVO and Cycle shack bagger Slipon mufflers. Any help appreciated. Do you have any suggestions on what modification I can do that is easy and relitivaley cheap to boost the performance a little bit for riding 2-up?

What cam are you running?

There is really nothing cheap when it comes to performance. Performance is based on the size of your wallet!
You best bet is to go with a different cam. Since you are riding mostly 2 up I would go with a Andrews EV13 cam
