Motorcycle Repair: Honda VFR 800 VTECH 2004, honda vfr 800, mixture problem

Good day to you

When I bought my vfr it had a better acceleration & top speed, but this changed from one day to the next..
When full throttled it’s as if the there is not a good throughput of power,  a surge if you may.

I have noticed that when you close the throttle somewhat the acceleration is better.. it’s like  a advance or feul air mixture problem..

I replaced the obvious new spark plugs & K & N air filter..

The bike has so many management sensors that I do not know where to begin..
Lamda, MAF.. sensors

Has this bike have a advance system I could check?

it sounds to me that you are having a fuel problem since when u say as you let off alittle on the gas it runs fine .i would chk the carbs do you have manual or do you have diahpram type carbs , if you have diahpram type you mave have a puncture in one of them,with the diapraham puncture you will recieve air instaed of steady fule . the leak cause it to start lugging down then when you let off it starts taking in fuel again,also chk and clean the carb- bowls too. i use chem-tool . ipour it in the gas tank let the bike run for about 20/30 minutes .make sure you have at least 2 galloons in the tank and pour in about 6oz. of chem tool it will clean this out very well.ok. good luck i hope this helps you.P.S please dont forget to leave feed-back for my answer o.k you can also nominate if you feel inclined to do so.
