Question
Hey Thanks! Is there anything you recommend I could put into the tank to get rid of any junk that may still be lingering?

-----Question-----
Hi There,
I just bought my first bike and it has been great to ride but a nightmare to fix. The bike was sold to me with 2100 miles and needed the carbs cleaned. I had them cleaned..lasted 2 weeks and then gas started leaking everywhere, took them elsewhere and they changed the needles and replaced the pet cock and that lasted 1 day. Took it back to the shop and they ordered the whole carb kit(took 2 weeks) and it has lasted a week and a half. Now I have gas leaking all over my driveway. What the heck is wrong with my carbs! From what I am seeing if you are on the bike the far right rubber boot attached to the carbs is pooring out gas. I have left a message for the shop but I have paid them over $600 to fix already. Please help.

Sincerely,
Paul

hello paul,

sounds to me that the floats are bad. you mentioned carb kit and rebuild them. but did you change out floats?
because if you didnt that could very well be the problem. i would almost guarantee thats the problem with the bike.that are your tank is full of trash seaping into carbs disrupting the needle valves . hope this helps . if you need more  help i am here ok, hang in there you will be fine ok.
