Hello Mike! Are their any advantages to using the synthetic engine oil over 20w-50? Also when I ease off of the clutch when I'm taking off in first gear I hear a single clinging noise from the lower end of the bike. Doesn't always do it but seems mostly when the bike is warmed up...Thanks

That has been a ongoing contraversy. For years harley said synthetic was the worst thing to use, but then they came out with their own and now its the greatest thing since sliced bread!
In my opinion it make the trans shift smoother and make sell noise.
The clicking noise is probably the clutch ingaging. If it get worse then you might want to check the clutches.
