Motorcycle Repair: 2000 Kawasaki KX80 will not go into neutral, kawasaki kx80, clutch

I have replaced the clutch and rigged it proper and still can't get the tranny to go in neutral. It jumps from 1st to 2nd with no gap.

Before I can answer this, i'll need to know:

1) Does the clutch operate correctly otherwise?  As in shifting, riding, engaging/disengaging?
2) Did the bike ever easily go into neutral?
3) Are you sure you're just not finding it very difficult to find neutral? some bikes are very difficult
