Motorcycle Repair: honda 185 twinstar no fire, fire my wife, ivory soap

My wife has a 1978 honda 185 twinstar.  It has set up for several years.  It started out that only 1 cyclinder was fireing, and running only on 1.  Now it has no fire!  We have installed new points, plugs, and condenser, still no fire! We think it could be the coil!  What advice do you have on this problem?

Does the coil appear 2 b leaking a substance that resembles ivory soap?  If there is no fire it can only b points, timing, or the coil.  However, u may have a bad wire that supplies constant voltage 2 the coil, or a bad wire between the points and the coil.  Happy hunting!
