Motorcycle Repair: leak, softail custom, gaskets

yes he did twice, and the bike was not leaking before,as i said. we think it is at the tranny seal.do you think he has a wrong seal in.

HI,i have a 1990 softail custom took it to the shop for a broke shifter spring put a 1"1/8 belt and pully so i could put on a 140 tire the man at shop the replaced all seals and gaskets on inner primary cover and tranny he did it twice it has a bad leak what should we look for it did leak before i took it in thanks.

Did he repalce the seal inside 5the gear, the one behind the inner primary race?

the only places that you cound get a leak would be the two seals on the trans and the seal on the inner primary. There is only one seal that would fit on the trans. as well as the inner primary. When it was pulled apart which one did he say was leaking?
