I neglected to tell you already tried all of suggestions.I did notice when I start to throttle bike to where it hesitates I notice white vapor coming out of exhaust. I let the moisture drip on my hand then smelled it. It had no smell. gas is good and fresh but it only does it in same spot of throttle.I wouldn't think that would be from carb running to lean or to rich would it? If I throttle bike up very slow it doesn't hesitate Bike will do all of these things in nuetral

The carb's air-fuel mixture is not correct in that area of throttle opening position and causing the hesitation.

The problem could become worse as engine wears.

Try momentarily restricting air into the carb in various amounts as the hesitation occurs. Note the results.
