Answer
Adam... not a lot of info to work with here....

Did the bike run last week, last month or last year?

Do you have spark at the spark plugs?

Bike engines need:
COMPRESSION   around 170 psi on these engines
IGNITION strong steady sparks, at the right time
AIR from a clean air filter source
FUEL fresh fuel from clean carburetors (jets clear, float level correct) via the fuel tank and petcock.

Which one is missing? If it has been running recently and won't start all of a sudden, you may have flooded the cylinders and fouled the plugs. Put in a fresh set of spark plugs and try again, after you have determined that there is spark at the plugs. Connect them to the wires, ground the plugs against the cylinder head and look for spark while cranking the motor over. Try the easy things first.

If the bike has been sitting for more than a few weeks, drain the fuel from the float bowls of the carbs and the fuel tank. Put in fresh fuel and fresh plugs and try it again.
