Motorcycle Repair: Carburetor Float adjustment & meaning, rich fuel mixture, motorcycle performance

Hi Mike,

What affect the fuel level have on the motorcycle performance when the fuel level is too high and too low by adjusting the float height?  

Is too high of fuel level in the bowl will lead to lean fuel mixture or rich fuel mixture?

the fuel level has nothing to do with running lean or rich, that is the jets job.
If the fuel level is to high the fuel will flow out the overflow in the carb bowl. If set to low it robs the jets of gas and the bike wont run right
