Motorcycle Repair: 1999 FLSTC Low Beam / Driving Lights, low beam, test light

Any suggestions on where to start?  I have a 1999FLSTC.  About 1 year after I put Buckhorn bars, internal wiring & chrome switches on my top end, my low beam and driving lights don't work.  High beam is ok.  Any ideas?

First, with a test light, check at the switch to see if you have power and also power going away from the switch. Then check at the light bulb. If you have power at the switch and no power at the bulb then the problem is in the handlebars
