Motorcycle Repair: Shovelhead to Rev-tech swap., rev tech, low rider

I have a stock 1983 low rider with a stock 80 ci shovelhead engine. The crank bearings went out. Will an 88 ci revtech/evo engine bolt in with no modification to the frame? If not do you know what has to be done to make the swap? I do know that I will need a new transmission and Primary

I am not sure if what you want to do will work or not. I havent heard of anybody doing this.You would be better, in my opinion, to rebuild the motor you have and make it a bigger bore. I do this in my shop all the time and it would be alot cheaper that what you want to do.
