How do I remove a link from the drive chain for my 1981 Kawasaki KZ440 LTD?  I've gotten the master link off, but I don't see an easy wasy to remove a link.  Any suggestions that don't involve replacing the chain, because I don't want to take a part the clucth area to get to the front sprocket.  Although I would like to take the chain off to clean it.  Ideas?

Hi Jeff,

You can buy a chain breaker tool to remove a link pin. Buy a quality, professional tool. Some are cheap and often break with use.

After servicing the chain, install the appropriate masterlnik and adjust chain.
