Motorcycle Repair: neutral, netural, power commander

Hi Mike,
I have a 98 ultra classic that i am having trouble getting into or can get into neutral when the bike is hot, no problem when cold, also put stock mufflers back on but i have a power commander with a k&n filter, will it compensate automatically or do i have to re- map and could this be causing the excessive heat.

Alot of Harleys have trouble finding netural. In the shifter mech of the trans there is just a small notch for netural. You can replace it, but if were me I would live with it do to the cost.
Yes, once you make changes you need to remapp.
