SO I PUT ANITHER IN..THEN MY LEG STARTED GET HOT AGAIN..AND YES...OIL ALL OVER..I CHECKED THE VENT LINE..ALL CLEAR..WHAT COULD THIS HIGH PRESSURE IN THE TANK BE CAUSING THE PLUG TO COME OUT?

I CHECK ALL LINES..AND ITS A OPEN BELT DRIVE ANY MORE IDEAS

Answer -
Do a couple of things for me. First, start the bike and looking in the tank, make sure you have an oil flow. you should see it moving.
Next, let the bike warm up and remove the oil cap and put your hand over it. is there pressure trying to push your hand off?

Answer
You should have a little pressure on the tank, its from the vent. The pressure to the tank comes from the up an down movement of the pistons. The only thing that would pressurise the tank you be somthing plugged inside the motor.
Start the bike and let it sit and keep reving it up. If you are getting to much pressure the oil cap will pop off very soon. If it doenst then it might be just vibrating out
Good luck and happy riding
