Motorcycle Repair: I didnt winterize my bike, engine cranks, bike garage

Garage is cold but not belowe the upper 20's.  Now the bike wont start but the battery is not dead.  The engine cranks.  But I get a loud clicking nosie...like the spark plugs arent firing.  What should I do?  Is it a problem with the fuel line.  Maybe I have to drain the gas and refill the gas tank?

First thing you need to do is check to see if you getting a spark. Remove one of the plugs, connect the cable to it and while holding the plug against the head turn the bike over. Did you get a spark?
Check to make sure you are getting fuel. remove the air filter and looking down the throat of the carb, turn the throttle and see if gas is being pumped in. Are you getting gas?
