I HAVE AN GN 250 SUZUKI 1992  20'000 KM/
I PUT A NEW BATTERY LATELY  BUT AFTER 3-4 DAYS IT HASE NO POWER TO START . I CHRGED IT  AGAIN AND AGAIN WHITH A CHARGER BUT  THE BATTRERY AFTER  3-4 DAYS DISCHARGE.

I don't have a lot of specifics on a Suzuki 250, but it sounds like your charging system is not functioning. If the bike has a CDI ignition, it will always start because the ignition is self powered, but if the lights and electric stater are not working, you have problems with the stator, regulator rectifier or the wiring in between them.

A workshop manual and small voltmeter should help find the problem. Parts are expensive, though for charging system components..
