Motorcycle Repair: Leaking Carburetor, norton commando 850, amal carbs

I have a 1976 Norton commando 850 with two amal carbs. I recently replaced the floats, gaskets, washers and filters.  After putting it back together.  The fuel leaks from the one of the ticklers on the carburetor. It didn't leak from there before and I wonder, what I might have done wrong in putting the float bowl back together.

Hi Doyle.

It is likely that a seal or o-ring was not installed properly or was damaged during installation.  You may want to pull the offending carb back apart and check to be certain that everything is seated properly.
