Motorcycle Repair: Honda Bros, electrical diagnosis, starter button

My Bros has been standing for 18 months without being started. I have been trying to start it today with a new battery but when I turn the key absolutely no power get through, neutral light etc. I have checked all fuses and they are ok. Have you any ideas what the problem may be

Hi Ian,

You'll have to perform electrical diagnosis to find the source of the problem.

May be corrosion on starter button contacts, wiring chewed by rodents, loose connection, the list goes on.

Trace voltage with a 12 volt tester from battery, to the source of the problem.
