Motorcycle Repair: Honda Nighthawk CB250, honda nighthawk, bikebandit com

Question
The high beam headlight on my bike went out. How do I replace that? Do they use the same bulbs as cars? The low beam still works so it's not anything electrical, I believe. Hopefully just the bulb. It's a '97 Honda Nighthawk CB250.
Thank you so much for your help.

Answer
Hi Malka,

To view the headlight microfiche, go to Bike Bandit's website: "www.bikebandit.com" or cut and paste the link below:

From the microfiche, you'll be able to see how the headlight is attached to the light housing. Remove 2 screws, part #20. Remove the chrome ring and the headlight bulb should pull out.
