Motorcycle Repair: Kawasaki 1500 convert to chain drive, american motorcycle institute, dirt track racing

Question
Dear Mark,
Kawasaki 1500 chain drive.
A couple months ago I asked about this conversion. Now I have sucessfully acomplished this conversion. I did get off track a little in the beginning because The Kawaski parts diagrams show the transmission shaft of the 800 and 1500 having the same number on the drawings but on the PARTS LIST below they have a 4 digit extension and so they are different.
If you visit www. home.earthlink.net/~donaldbranscom
you will see how i did this conversion and the whole project. Its a chopper which you might not like. I was once one of the top 20 sportsman riders in district 36(northernCalifornia) dirt track racing.
Hope you enjoy the website .
Sincerely ,Don Branscom

P.S. I live about four miles from WPAFB and the Air Force Museum. I was influenced mechanically by aviation mechanics. I visited Embry-Riddle while attending the American Motorcycle Institute in Daytona Beach. I brought home a few aviation tech books home, compliments of my E-R pals. My shop environment is in sterile-like condition. : )
