I have a dent about 2"x 3" 1/2" deep.can this be repaired without replacing the whole fender.  2005 Roadstar Silverado  1700

Any metal fender can have any small dent, like yours, removed. But will it be cheaper to replace the fender with OEM or aftermarket plastic than to spend the money to have the old one repaired and repainted?
 That is something that you want to look at.

 Does the shop that will be doing the repairs have experience with flawless repairs of complex curves, as on a fender?  You want to know that as well.

Consider the final costs and compare that to a replacement.  You may be surprised.  But it is all up to you, which route you take.
