I need more intel to offer assistance.

Be very thorough and descibe what you're experiencing. The more you provide, the better my diagnosis. Examples:

When was last tune-up?
Was the MC stored or not started for two or more weeks?
Any aftermarket performance parts or engine modifications?
Have you checked the spark plugs for fouling?
Do you have the service manual?
Was any gasoline additives added?
Does the engine turn over?
Is there spark?  
What happens when you attempt to starting?
Is the choke working or moving normally?
