Motorcycle Repair: Mufflers v. Headers, loudness, rinehart

I am going Stage I with my 05 fuel injected RKC. I have read numerous articles amd have spoken with several Harley techs regarding the best system for the bike--true duel headers, such a Rinehart, or slip ons. I am still confused. Which is the better system in terms of performance regardless of price or loudness? Thanks.

Actually, two into one is the best system for performance. But if you like the duel system, all you need to do is add mufflers that flow more than the stock ones. Its true that the headers do give a little more performance, but for the cost you will not notice the increase in everyday riding.
